This delightful handmade tutu dress has a lovely silk flower at the front and comes with an optional  matching silk flower headband for a stunning 2-piece tutu set. The tutu length is about 15" from chest to hem for a comfortable knee-length tutu gown, just perfect for tea parties, birthdays, weddings, pictures, or any special occasion for a little princess!
