Our exclusive design and irresistibly fluffy polka dot tutu dress is made with layers of billowing tulle sewn into a polka dot ribbon band that ties into a bow at the back of the tutu dress, with no-slip polka dot ribbon shoulder straps and a matching polka dot bow headband.  The super-fluffy 2-piece tutu dress & headband set is the ultimate party tutu dress for a little princess!

Optional bloomers made from solid colored 100% cotton fabric to match the tutu dress are available to add a layer of solid color beneath the tulle fabric and prevent diaper or panty show-through in pictures.  They can be added as optional accessories below or purchased separately.  The color of the bloomers will match the skirt portion of the tutu dress.

Note: Bloomers are highly recommended as an optional accessory for all 3 tutu dress lengths in order to create optimum photo results, without diapers or panties showing through the skirt portion of the tutu dress.  The multiple layers of tulle in these tutu dresses are very full and fluffy, but keep in mind that tulle fabric is at least 90% air... light & fluffy like cotton candy!
