Designed to cover a little girl's diaper or panties beneath a tutu, our soft & comfortable 100% cotton bloomers are custom made in USA to match our exclusive line of handmade tutus in a magical rainbow of color choices!  

If purchased with a tutu top or tutu dress from Lily Anna for Girls, the bloomers will be made in the same size selection as the tutu in your order.  For custom sizing, please specify child's age and waist measurement in the comment box at checkout.  Thank you!
